2. Production, Delivery & Shipping Cost
Depends on the order size, to be confirmed upon receiving order request.

3. Shipping Methods
- Sea/Air Freight (LCL and FCL)
- Postage (for sample orders): by TNT, Fedex or DHL
- Shipping options: EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF

4. Payment Terms  
- 40% on order confirmation.
- 60% on completion of shipping procedures and submission of shipping documents  
- Bank T/T, L/C irrevocable at sight

5. Quality Assurance
Defective items will be replaced free of charge. You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if product is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped.

6. Minimum order for wholesales
10 pieces of each style/unique colour

7. Wholesales Discount and Quotations
Please choose the designs from our catalogues, the colours from our colour charts, then state the quantity, the preffered shipping method, the destination port and email them to us at: wholesales@vietnamonlinestore.com

8. Samples
Samples are available, free of charge, to importers, wholesalers and resellers only. The maximum number of samples is one sample for each kind of product. You will need to pay for the samples, however, you will be credited for the sample cost with your first official wholesale order.
