priority. If an item you order from VietnamOnlineStore.com does not meet
your expectations, simply return it to us.
Please find below our returns policy:
Returns of products that are defective or damaged :
- You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all
reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if product is damaged
or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your
return package.
- Defective or damaged products are fully refunded or shipped again free of charge.
Return of products that do not meet your expectation:
- International orders may not be returned or exchanged except when defective or
damaged, or the wrong item was shipped..
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all freight charges
relevant to the item(s) you return to us.
- All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and
include all accessories, and user manuals.
